The aim of this study was to determine the Factors Influencing Unemployment Among Fresh Graduates in Klang Valley. The factors that had been identified in this research were Education Level, Graduates’ Attributes and Job Mismatch. The research objective of this study is to examine the Factors Influencing Unemployment Among Fresh Graduates in Klang Valley. The sampling technique that is used in this study is by using Convenience Sampling and Quantitative Sampling methods. A set of online questionnaires were distributed to 384 respondents and 288 people who answered. The respondents that are mainly targeted for this study are the people of Klang Valley. The researchers used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 to analyze all of the responses to identify the relationship between the factors within the study. Future researchers may add other variables for this study in order to investigate more on the factors that influence unemployment.
