The full 24 weeks of my industrial training which began from 1st March until 15th August 2023 at Tony Fruits Sdn Bhd was an eye-opening and stimulating experience for me in order to complete the Industrial Training course (HRM666). This industrial training report was created to give details on the businesses and aim to fully understand every procedure or action taken by the business. One of the main objectives of this industrial training report is to perform a SWOT analysis of the organization in order to learn about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats depending on the company performance's. According to what I've learned, internal forces influence Tony Fruit's strengths and weaknesses, while external forces influence its opportunities and threats. This report also tries to learn more about the activities that students engage in while employed by the organization. Besides that, through activities and task given to student can provide them with important experiences and exposure to the industry which is can bridge the gap between academic learning and practical employment by allowing students to apply their knowledge and skill in a professional setting. Students benefit from industrial training by refining their technical, professional, and interpersonal skills, all of which are necessary for success in their future employment. Overall, industrial training is essential for preparing students for the job and assuring their success in future careers.
