الملخص: | The purpose of this study was to explore the students’ satisfaction of online learning in Universiti Malaysia Sabah. A cohort of 61 science physics students from School of Science and Technology (SST) and 41 pre-service science teachers from the School of Education and Social Development (SESD) comprised the sample. The course involved was Modern Physics and this course is a compulsory for them. Both groups were supported via an online learning environment, which acted as the main medium for learning. Participants’ perception on satisfaction was recorded through an open-ended questionnaire and focus group interview. These qualitative data’s output can be categorised into several themes, as in general they were satisfied; their skills being improved; time saving and also got their interest. In additional majority of SST’s student stressed that this was a new experience of learning and truly a challenge. SESD’s students formed a fact that their independent capabilities were getting better. |
