Cash waqf is a waqf of cash money as the property donated to raise funds for endowment which is then converted to a permanent property and the remaining property could be utilized for the welfare and interests of society as a recurrent or persistent. Cash waqf is a waqf that can be removed easily compare to permanent waqf such as school or mosque (Drs.H.Sarmin.M.H.Hakim, 2002). The objective of this paper is to determine the cash waqf participation among young adult in Senai, Johor and identify the most significant factors that influencing young adult in Senai, Johor to participate in cash waqf. There are involving four independent variables which are attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and religiosity. In the process of findings, the descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis are conducted using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Data or sample description is using simple questionnaires. This paper is useful to know what factor most influencing young adult to participate in cash waqf in Senai, Johor. Beside that, this study will provide useful information and better understanding toward cash waqf participation among young adult and also gives better information on factor that influencing young adult participation on cash waqf in Senai, Johor.
