Summary:This study aims to find out the relationships between the types of intrinsic motivation that correlates with respondents' CGPA academic achievement. A total of257 TESL and ESL Undergraduates in UNIMAS were involved in this study. Questionnaire and documentation were used to collect the data. The frequency counts, percentage and mean scores were the descriptive statistical used for this study. The statistical inferential was on the relationships between the types of intrinsic motivations and academic achievement which were correlate using Pearson Bivariate. The finding shows that somehow some relationships exist between some of the types of intrinsic motivation and academic achievement. However, some of the findings were similar with the previous study and some were not.
