| الملخص: | This research was conducted to study the training needs analysis of Special Education Senior Assistant Teachers in the Districts of Kota Tinggi, Pasir Gudang and Kulai. This study involved a sample of six teachers from six schools in the Districts of Kota Tinggi, Pasir Gudang and Kulai. The data were collected through interviews. The interviews in qualitative forms were carried out on six of GPKPK and all the opinions from the samples were recorded through a recording device and documented by the researcher. All data were analysed using the method of content analysis. Data analysis revealed a variety of problems faced by the GPKPK to acclimatize to their working specifications. In addition, there were suggestions to improve their ability to adapt to their working specifications in the future. |
