DATUK Dr Vincent Lowe was the founding dean of the Institute of PostGraduate Studies and functioned as a "turnaround" manager for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to develop postgraduate education from 1988 till 1996. He also played an instrumental role in laying out the groundwork for USM becoming an APEX University.Dr Lowe's company, Rezzen, has collaborated with Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) for 11 years, offering five postgraduate degrees since 2003."The collaboration between UUM and Rezzen to recruit students who wish to take the MBA and DBA degrees at their offcampus centres takes off once again, after a successful continuous contract period of about 10 years.
