The outcome of stepwise regression analysis confirms that relationship motivation to learn and supervisory support had increase the employee job performance. The result confirms that supervisory support does act as full mediating variable in the motivation to learn factors of the organizational sample for increase the job performance. In addition, the implication of this study to expectancy theory and practice, conceptual and methodology limitation and direction for future research are discussed.
